What to Expect Between Approval and Completion

Once your finish schedule is approved, the planning begins.

Your signature sets the project in motion. While we order materials, coordinate trades, template stone surfaces, and prepare for installation, your home continues operating as normal. Knowing what to expect during this period helps keep the project running smoothly and avoids surprises along the way.

Preparing for Life During Construction

A kitchen or bathroom remodel temporarily takes that room out of service. Before demolition begins, plan for how your household will function during construction. A temporary coffee station, outdoor grill, or secondary bathroom can make the transition much easier.

Personal Belongings

Before work begins, please remove dishes, cookware, food, medications, toiletries, and other personal items from the work area. Our team focuses on construction and installation, allowing us to work more efficiently when the space is cleared and ready.

Access to the Home

Reliable access helps us maintain schedules and avoid delays. Whether through a lockbox, designated contact, or scheduled access arrangement, we will work with you to determine the best solution for your project.

Material Delivery & Storage

Cabinetry, countertops, and specialty materials often arrive before installation. Having a clean, dry, protected area available for temporary storage helps ensure materials remain in excellent condition until they are installed.

Sometimes We Find the Unexpected

Remodeling occasionally reveals conditions hidden behind walls, such as plumbing issues, previous water damage, or framing irregularities. If we discover anything that requires attention, we stop, communicate clearly, and provide options before moving forward.

Changes Along the Way

If you decide to make design or material changes after orders have been placed, we are happy to accommodate them whenever possible. Any changes that affect cost or schedule will be documented and approved in writing to ensure complete clarity.

The Final Walkthrough

When installation is complete, we will walk the project with you to review every detail together. Any remaining punch-list items are documented and addressed promptly. Your one-year warranty on materials and workmanship begins at the completion walkthrough.

Our Commitment

From your first selection to the final walkthrough, our goal is simple: clear communication, exceptional craftsmanship, and a remodeling experience that feels organized, transparent, and worry-free.
