One-year warranty on materials and labor

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year from the date the install is complete, on work we sold and we installed. That covers kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinetry, countertops from Artistic Stoneworks, and floor installation when those pieces were on our job. If something we put in fails under normal use during that year, we come back and make it right. This page is a plain-language summary. The written terms travel with the job packet you sign.

Some products carry a longer manufacturer warranty — a cabinet finish, a quartz slab, a flooring wear layer. Those stay with the brand. Care sheets and warranty summaries for the lines we carry live on the brand care and warranty pages. We keep the paperwork from the order and help you use that warranty if a factory defect shows up after our year is done. What we cannot warrant is work another crew did, materials you bought elsewhere and asked us to set, or damage from flooding, abuse, or a house that was not kept in normal condition.

The point of the year is simple. You are not left holding a room that four vendors will not claim. Design, order, and install run through 622 Lovejoy Road NW. If a door, a joint, or a plank we installed is wrong, you call the studio that drew it.
