Privacy Policy

Artistic Design Studio is the showroom at 622 Lovejoy Road NW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548. You can reach us at info@artisticdesignstudio.com or (850) 243-8111. This policy covers artisticdesignstudio.com and the preview site we use before that domain is pointed here.

What we collect

When you submit Request a Quote or send planning notes, we receive the fields you type: name, email, phone, city, service, whether you want an appointment, meeting location if you asked for one, the notes or details you wrote, and the consent checkbox. Planning tools also send the answers you tapped so a designer is not starting from a blank page.

The host (Netlify) logs ordinary technical data so the site can run: IP address, browser, pages requested, and the time of the request. Form notifications are emailed to our leads mailbox. That mailbox sits on Microsoft 365.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a payment card, or a driver’s license on this website. We do not run account logins for customers.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you, assign the conversation to a designer, schedule a showroom or house visit, write an estimate, and keep a record of the job if you hire us. The same record may be used to follow up on a room you already started and to honor the one-year materials and labor warranty we describe on the site.

We do not sell your name, email, or phone number. We do not rent the list. We do not use the quote form as an advertising audience to sell to someone else.

Who sees it

Website leads land in leads@artisticdesignstudio.com. From there they are assigned in rotation to the sales team — currently Amy McLarty, Kara Lunsford, and Wesley Davis — at their studio email addresses. Accounting mail stays on info@. We do that on purpose so orders and invoices are not mixed into the lead box.

The companies that have to touch the data so the site and mail work are Netlify (forms and hosting) and Microsoft (email). If we later add Google Analytics or a Google Business Profile message, Google will see what that product is built to see. We will update this page if that happens.

We may share what we must if a law, court, or insurance claim requires it, or if we sell or reorganize the business and the customer files go with the studio.

Calls, email, and texts

The form asks you to agree that we may contact you at the number and email you left, including a call or text. You can say no to more messages by telling us, by emailing info@artisticdesignstudio.com, or by using STOP on a text if we have sent one. Refusing marketing contact does not stop us from answering a job you already asked us to price.

Projects and the map

Finished work on the Projects page is listed by city, not by street. If a salesperson sends us a street so we can drop a pin, that street stays in our files. It does not go on the public card, the public caption, or the public map popup. Homeowner last names stay off the public titles.

Job photos are published only as examples of work we did. If you are the homeowner and want a photo taken down, write info@artisticdesignstudio.com and we will pull it.

Cookies and measurement

The site itself does not set a marketing pixel today. The host may set a cookie needed to accept a form. Your browser also stores ordinary settings such as a video mute. If we add Google Analytics or Search Console after the domain is live, those tools will collect page views and search queries. We will name them here when they are on.

How long we keep it

Lead mail stays as long as we need it to finish the conversation and keep a clean warranty file. A job that never starts is not kept forever as a marketing list. Technical server logs follow the host’s normal retention.

Your choices

You can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct a name or phone number, or ask us to delete a lead that did not become a job. Florida residents can also ask whether we sell or share personal information as those words are used in Florida law. We do not sell it. Email info@artisticdesignstudio.com. We will need enough information to find the right file and to know it is you.

This site is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Brand care and warranty buttons go to the manufacturer. Those pages have their own rules. We are not responsible for how KraftMaid, Shaw, Cambria, or any other mill handles what you type there.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will date the new version at the top of this page.
