Miramar Beach kitchens, baths, and floors from the studio west of here

Gulf houses and resort streets — rental weeks considered in the spec.

Miramar Beach and Sandestin take rental calendars and salt air. A kitchen or a bath that was specified for a quiet inland house will not last here. We measure on this side of Walton County, specify in Fort Walton Beach, and install with the same crew. Cabinets, stone, tile, and floors are one schedule so a golf-course house and a gulf condo do not collect three vendors.

Floors that survive a rental week

Luxury vinyl and tile lead most Miramar Beach conversations. Hardwood is still right for some full-time homes. We will say so after we see the room. Floor installation is sampled against the cabinets and the shower tile, not sold from a warehouse photo.

Kitchens drawn for how the house is used

Open kitchens off the gulf and compact condo galleys need different drawings and the same discipline: cabinets, counters from Artistic Stoneworks, backsplash, and the floor stay together. Read kitchen remodeling when the whole room is coming out.

Baths and the towns next door

Walk-in showers, tub surrounds, and vanities are specified with the tile. Destin sits west; Santa Rosa Beach and 30A sit east. Use the form with the Miramar Beach or Sandestin address.
