30A kitchens, baths, and floors specified in Fort Walton Beach

Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach — one studio process.

30A is not one town. It is Grayton Beach cottages, Seaside scale, Seagrove lots, Rosemary Beach finish, and Inlet Beach at the east gate. What they share is humidity, sand, and owners who notice when the cabinet and the floor do not belong together. We measure on 30A, specify at 622 Lovejoy Road NW, and install with the same studio so the finish schedule is honest from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach.

Floors along the corridor

Tile and luxury vinyl take beach traffic. Hardwood belongs where the house is a home and the room stays dry. We sample in Fort Walton Beach next to the door and the slab. Floor installation on 30A is part of the kitchen drawing when the hall has to match the island.

Cabinets that fit cottage scale

Many 30A kitchens are small and particular. Boxes, doors, hardware, and organizers are walked in the showroom so the order matches the wall you actually have. Countertops come from Artistic Stoneworks. Start with cabinetry if the doors are the first decision; the stone and the floor follow that choice.

Baths from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach

Walk-in showers, tub surrounds, and vanities are chosen against the tile. Santa Rosa Beach is the hub town for a lot of this work; Miramar Beach sits west. Use the form and name the community — Seaside is not Inlet Beach, and the drawing should know that.
