Mosaic care
Care
- Wipe glass, porcelain, and most mosaic backsplashes with a damp microfiber and a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Keep acids and abrasives off natural stone, metallic, and mother-of-pearl accents.
- Grout and mastic need a few days to cure before the first wet clean. After that, dry the joint — do not flood it.
- A glass or stone mosaic may need a penetrating sealer on the grout. The tile face usually does not.
- Glass mosaic likes a non-abrasive cloth. Grout haze remover made for glass, not a powdered cleanser.

Warranty
- Akua mosaics are first-quality decorative glass. Manufacturing-defect claims need unused labeled sheets and photos before a full wall is set.
- Iridescent and metallic pieces scratch if you scour them. That is use, not a mill defect.
- Our one-year labor covers the set we did.

Our year on top of theirs
Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
