Ferguson

Care and warranty

Ferguson

Ferguson is the supply house, not the mill. Fixtures, valves, and trim on a bath job carry the warranty of the brand on the box — Kohler, Delta, Moen, and the rest.

Fixture care

Care

  • Wipe chrome, nickel, and most living finishes with a soft cloth and mild soap. Dry them. Hard-water spots come off with a non-abrasive bath cleaner the fixture brand names.
  • No vinegar soaks, no lime-away on a living finish, no abrasive pads on a coated faucet.
  • Keep the warranty card and model number from the box. That is what the fixture mill will ask for, not a Ferguson invoice alone.
  • If a valve drips or a finish fails in the first year of our install, call the studio first. We hold the ticket.

Official care from the manufacturer

Warranty

  • Ferguson does not write a single product warranty for every fixture they sell. Coverage follows the manufacturer of the faucet, valve, or bath fixture on your order.
  • Typical ranges: many faucet bodies lifetime to the original owner; finishes and cartridges vary by series; toilets and acrylic baths often one to ten years on named parts.
  • We keep the model numbers from the order so a claim can go to the right mill.

Official warranty from the manufacturer

Our year on top of theirs

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
