Hardware care
Care
- Wipe knobs, pulls, and hinges with a soft damp cloth. Dry immediately.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or brass polish unless the finish guide for that collection says so. Harsh cleaners strip the coating and void the finish warranty.
- Tighten screws if a pull loosens. Do not over-torque soft-close hinges.
Official care from the manufacturer
Warranty
- Functional hardware (hinges, slides, pulls that are sold as working parts): warranted against defects for as long as the original buyer owns them, when bought from an authorized distributor.
- If a finish tarnishes, chips, or rubs off, Hardware Resources replaces the piece. They do not pay to take it off or put the new one on.
- Decorative wood and moulding: one-year replacement warranty.
- NorthPoint cabinetry collections, when used: Premier five years on the box, lifetime on slides and hinges; Essentials one year on the box.

Our year on top of theirs
Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
