Backsplash and mosaic care
Care
- Wipe glass, porcelain, and most mosaic backsplashes with a damp microfiber and a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Keep acids and abrasives off natural stone, metallic, and mother-of-pearl accents.
- Grout and mastic need a few days to cure before the first wet clean. After that, dry the joint — do not flood it.
- A glass or stone mosaic may need a penetrating sealer on the grout. The tile face usually does not.

Warranty
- Where Soho series travel on an Anatolia letter: five-year residential / one-year commercial against manufacturing defect. Labor not included.
- Mixed mosaics fail at the softest material — metal, resin, or stone — if you clean them like porcelain.
- Inspect sheets before they go on the wall.

Our year on top of theirs
Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
