Care

• Vacuum regularly with a suction-only or soft-brush setting. Avoid beater bars on loop pile.
• Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth. Do not leave water sitting on the fiber or the surface.
• For hard surface, use a manufacturer-approved cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads or excess water.
• Use walk-off mats at entrances. Humidity and sandy feet are normal on the Emerald Coast; clean accordingly.

Warranty

• Manufacturer limited warranties apply to the original purchaser for defects in material and workmanship.
• Coverage length and exclusions vary by product line (carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood). The invoice and the manufacturer letter control.
• Start a claim with us. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket.
