Care and warranty

Triton Stone Group

Stone distributor. Granite, marble, quartz, and porcelain slabs. The slab brand on the ticket writes the surface warranty.

Stone and quartz care

Care

  • Wipe with warm water, a soft cloth, and mild soap. Quartz (Cambria, Cosentino Silestone, MSI Q) is nonporous and does not need sealing or polish.
  • Use a closed-weave trivet or hot pad. Do not set a hot pan, slow cooker, air fryer, or griddle on the slab. Thermal shock at the edge is a known failure, not a manufacturing defect.
  • Cut on a board. Quartz is hard; knives are harder on the edge than on the slab.
  • Keep oven cleaner, drain opener, paint stripper, and high-pH stuff off the surface. Rinse immediately if they land.
  • Seal natural stone with a penetrating sealer after install and on the schedule the fabricator names. Granite and marble are porous.
  • Wipe spills, especially wine, citrus, oil, and coffee, as they happen. Etching on marble is chemistry, not dirt.
  • Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner. No vinegar, lemon, or bathroom bleach on marble or limestone.

Official care from the manufacturer

Warranty

  • Triton is the yard. A named quartz (Cambria, Silestone, Q, and others they stock) keeps that mill’s letter. A natural stone slab follows stone practice plus our fabrication warranty.
  • Artistic Stoneworks fabricates and installs. Our one-year labor sits on the job. The mill letter sits on the material.
  • Keep the slab ID. That is how a quartz claim starts.

Official warranty from the manufacturer

Our year on top of theirs

Artistic Design Studio warrants materials and labor for one year on work we sold and installed. The mill letter above is separate and often longer. We keep the order so a factory claim has a ticket. See the studio warranty.
